I had a slight scare today and spent most of the morning at the doctor's office. I woke up around 5 AM with some intense lower cramps. Changing positions, moving around, lying down on my left side - nothing seemed to help. When they still hadn't gone away by 8 AM, I started thinking that they could possibly be contractions, so I called my doc's office and they had me come in right away. Once there, I had an exam and all looked well, but they went ahead and sent me upstairs to have an ultrasound just in case. We had one scheduled for Monday, but the the ultrasound clinic decided to do the full growth scan today instead while we were there. My doc just said to take it easy for the next few weeks, so I'll be spending a lot of time on the couch! Kirby was able to meet me for the ultrasound, yay! He would've been so sad to miss it, and we got some cute pictures! Twin A is 1 lb 2 oz, and Twin B is 1 lb 3 oz, both measuring right on track. Both were moving all over the place, and we got to see a big yawn out of B. How cute is that?!
Anyways, a few pictures for ya'll! We got lots of good pictures of Twin A because A was towards the front and kind of blocking B a bit - that's why B's profile shot isn't that great. I love the last picture, already practicing sibling rivalry! A is breech right now and B is head down, so they were constantly kicking each other in the head, and we actually got a good shot of it happening.
