Just to make sure there weren't any issues with their fluid levels in the sacs, we had a follow-up ultrasound on Friday. Again, everything looked good, and both babies were moving all over the place. Even though they're getting bigger, they're still able to move a lot. Twin B was actually transverse (sideways) on Wednesday, but B flipped to head down before the ultrasound. Twin A was breech on Wednesday, but A also flipped to head down before the ultrasound. Hopefully they'll stay put in those positions!
The tech attempted to get a few 3D shots of their faces, but they weren't too cooperative. Twin A kept snuggling next to its placenta, and B didn't want to stop sucking its thumb. Here are the shots we did get, though!

The top shot shows twin A's face, tilted slightly to the right. You can make out the eyes, mouth, and nose. The second shot is a side profile of twin B's face. The spot in the bottom left corner is B's hand, finally taken away from its mouth for a moment.
We have another ultrasound next Thursday, our regularly scheduled one that will just check for growth, and we also have a regular doctor's appointment on Friday. The tech yesterday did try to get some measurements and estimated their weights to be 3 lbs 8 oz for twin A, and 3 lbs 10 oz for twin B. That's over 7 pounds of baby in my belly now! According to those measurements taken, they're both measuring ahead, so they must be doing pretty well.
